Mr. Shashwat Dubey is a dispute resolution practitioner associated with Expletus Legal, with experience in commercial litigation, corporate disputes, regulatory proceedings and constitutional litigation. A graduate of Jindal Global Law School (2023 Batch), he regularly assists clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, tribunals and regulatory forums in complex and commercially significant matters.
