Mr. Praneet Das is a litigation and disputes practitioner with substantial experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, consumer disputes and regulatory matters. A graduate of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2015 Batch), he combines strong academic credentials with extensive courtroom experience across a broad spectrum of contentious matters.

As part of the Firm’s dispute resolution, arbitration and regulatory practice, his practice focuses on commercial and contractual disputes, arbitration proceedings, consumer protection litigation, infrastructure and project disputes, regulatory challenges, civil and corporate litigation, writ proceedings and enforcement actions. He regularly represents and advises clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities in complex and commercially sensitive disputes.

Mr. Das has been actively involved in multi-forum litigation concerning commercial transactions, infrastructure projects, public law remedies and regulatory issues. His experience includes drafting pleadings, strategizing appellate remedies, coordinating complex litigation and assisting in high-stakes proceedings before superior courts and tribunals.

Known for his meticulous preparation, research-oriented approach and strong drafting skills, Mr. Das is particularly recognised for his ability to analyse complex factual and legal issues and develop practical, commercially sound dispute resolution strategies. At Expletus Legal, he plays a significant role in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Consumer and Regulatory Disputes practice.

He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association and NCLT & AT Bar Association.
