Mihir Vakhariya is a seasoned litigation lawyer with over 12 years of professional experience in handling complex civil, criminal and constitutional litigation before the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court and various subordinate courts across Gujarat. He possesses extensive expertise in litigation strategy, legal drafting, trial advocacy, appellate practice and writ jurisdiction.

At Expletus Legal, Mihir is an integral member of the Disputes and Regulatory Practice. He advises and represents clients in commercial litigation, constitutional matters, white-collar crime, criminal litigation, banking disputes and regulatory proceedings. His strengths lie in meticulous legal research, strategic case assessment, drafting of complex pleadings and effective courtroom advocacy.

Mihir is also associated an Empanelled Advocate for Shree Anandji Kalyanji Pedhi, one of India’s oldest and largest Jain religious trusts, advising and representing the Trust in multifarious legal proceedings across jurisdictions.

Earlier, he was associated with the Chambers of Mr. Ashish Dagli, where he regularly appeared in criminal appeals, bail matters, writ petitions and other contentious proceedings before the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court. During his formative years, he worked with the Chambers of Mr. Anil Desai at Rajkot, gaining substantial exposure to serious criminal prosecutions involving offences under the Indian Penal Code, besides civil litigation and banking disputes.

Mihir holds an LL.M. from Saurashtra University, an LL.B. from Gujarat University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from North Gujarat University.
