Ms. Ashwini Rajan is an Advocate associated with Expletus Legal and a member of the Firm’s Electricity and Commercial Litigation, Corporate Advisory and Regulatory Practice. A graduate of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur (2023 Batch), she has developed a litigation-oriented practice with experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency matters and regulatory proceedings.

Based out of Mumbai, Ms. Rajan regularly assists clients in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and various judicial and quasi-judicial forums involving commercial and contractual disputes, corporate and shareholder litigation, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, regulatory challenges, infrastructure disputes and appellate litigation. Her work includes drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, briefing senior counsel and assisting in the formulation of litigation and dispute resolution strategies.

She has also been involved in matters concerning corporate transactions, insolvency-related litigation and regulatory compliance issues affecting commercial entities and private stakeholders. Known for her analytical precision, research-oriented approach and strong drafting skills, Ms. Rajan plays an important role in managing complex, multi-forum disputes and contributing to the Firm’s expanding commercial litigation, corporate advisory and regulatory practice.
