Mr. Abhishek Baid is a Founding Partner at the firm and has been a key legal practice since 2008. He co-manages the firm’s dispute resolution and regulatory litigation practice, providing representation before the Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and various High Courts across India. His expertise spans securities laws, white-collar investigations, insolvency issues, and capital markets litigation.

Abhishek’s practice extends to representing the Union of India, Noida Authority, and several high-value private entities and insolvency professionals. He also advises and defends the interests of prominent religious and charitable organizations across India. His early experience working with a retired High Court judge and a Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record has contributed significantly to his courtroom and case management expertise.

He has appeared alongside and briefed some of India’s foremost legal minds, including Mr. K.K. Venugopal, Mr. Tushar Mehta, Mr. Harish Salve, Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, Mr. Arvind Datar, Mr. Chander Uday Singh, and Justice (Retd.) Navanit Prasad Singh.

In addition to his professional roles, Abhishek serves as a Trustee of the Parshwa Padmavati Jinalaya Mahabhojipura Trust Nyas and is a lifetime member of the Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Samiti, reflecting his commitment to community service and community engagement.
